TRAINING FORM

1. I understand and agree Red River K9 II LLC has the right to refuse service to any person and/or dog for any reason deemed necessary for the safety and comfort of the staff, company, and other clients.

2. I understand and agree that Red River K9 II LLC reserves the right to ask me to leave the premises immediately.

3. I understand that dog training may involve risks to myself, members of my family, or my dog. I assume all risks associated with participating in this training class and will not hold Red River K9 II or the instructor responsible in the event of injury to myself, family members or my dog. I also agree to assume all responsibility for any damage done to property, persons, or other dogs done by me or my dog’s actions.

4. I understand that if I am unable to attend a group class there are no regularly scheduled make up sessions. I am responsible for contacting Red River K9 II in advance to make arrangements to receive a video of the class information for the missed class to continue training for the following week.

5. I understand if I miss two consecutive classes without communication prior to the missed class my class assignment will be forfeited with no refund.

6. I understand upon signing up for a group class payments are collected prior to the start of the first class. Payment is non refundable however the balance can be transferable. Transferable option: private lessons if your dog is not working out in the group setting and/or you feel your dog is not meeting your goals in the group setting.

7. I understand when attending Private Lessons

1. I will abide by number one and number two as outlined above.
2. All private lessons are first come first serve.
3. Payments will be collected at the time of your lesson.
4. 24 Hour cancellation is required when canceling your private lesson

I understand that Red River K9 II does not guarantee the results of its canine training classes as results vary per dog/family.
