Boarding & Day Care ServicesPlease enable JavaScript in your browser to complete this form.Red River K9 II LLC Daycare Services Agreement Price: $25.00 per day Daycare is offered Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays from 7:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. Drop off / pick up times: 7am-10am & 3pm-6pm. All dogs are kenneled from 10am – 2pm for mind/body rest. No drop off or pick up will be allowed during this time. Appointments must be made in advance, we cannot accept walk ins. We accept dogs of all breeds, ages and size- *Puppies under 6 months must have the Distemper Series started and the Bordetella vaccination before attending daycare. We do NOT require dogs to be fixed. Females are not allowed in the facility while they are in heat. Every effort is made on our part to keep intact males from mounting. You as an owner, release Red River K9 II and its employees from any and all liability, claims and damages related to your dog. All dogs must wear a collar with current I.D. tags and/or be microchipped while under our care. For all pet’s safety the following vaccinations are required: Rabies, Bordetella, and DHLPP Distemper Series. Owners must continue to provide proof of vaccinations as they become updated. All dogs must be free of external parasites (fleas and ticks) and be on a flea prevention program from May to November (no flea collars allowed). All dogs must be healthy and free of any contagious illnesses. All dogs must be social with other dogs and humans and not be food or toy possessive. No destructive dogs, No fence climbers Red River K9 II LLC reserves the right to refuse and dog(s) unsuitable for this environment To ensure the safety and comfort of all the daycare dogs, we suggest a one day per week commitment. dog(s) might get dirty and wet while playing. Daycare is closed on all major holidays. Only boarding dogs are accepted on the holidays with no pickup or drop off on the day of the holiday. Major Holidays include: Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. All dogs must get along well with other dogs and with people. For the safety of all, we cannot allow any aggression. Owners will have to pick up their dog and we will not be able to accept them back in our program if they are aggressive. Pictures of play time are posted daily to our Facebook page. The excitement of being home after daycare may make your pet pant and appear very thirsty. We always provide fresh water at all times, but he/she may need to drink more water when he/she arrives home and throughout the night, especially if he/she isn’t used to all the activity that comes along with fully interactive daycare. I have contacted my vet and informed them that my dog(s) will be daycare/boarding at Red River K9 II LLC. and they are approved to discuss care of my dog(s) going forward *yesPayment is due at drop off. We accept cash, check, or credit card (service fee). Please make checks payable to Red River K9 II LLC. We do offer daycare packages at a discount. *I understand and agree• All Dog(s) (boarding or daycare) that are not picked up by closing time(6pm Tues-Sunday, 5pm Monday) on their scheduled pick-up day, will be charged $10, and an additional $10 for every half hour after that until 8:00 pm. 8:00 pm is the latest you may pick up your dog, after 8:00 pm you will be charged an additional $40 for overnight boarding. We have a small number of kennels and fill up quickly. If you no-call no-show for a scheduled day, we will still collect payment for that day. *I understand and agree• I understand that there risks and benefits associated with group socialization of dogs. I desire a socialized environment for my dog while attending services provided by Red River K9 II LLC. o I understand that while socialization and play is closely and carefully monitored by Red River K9 II LLC it is still possible that during the course of normal play my dog(s) my receive minor nicks and scratches from roughhousing with other dog(s) as they play with their mouths and paws which are sharp enough to cause damage. o Dogs can be unpredictable and, without warning, may cause injury to humans or other animals. *I understand and agreeRed River K9 II LLC Boarding Services Agreement ***all boarding dogs participate in daycare at no additional cost*** Our facility has plenty of features designed to give owners peace of mind knowing their four-legged companions are in safe, loving hands. Including private kennel suites for mealtimes and mind/body rest along with being temperature controlled and 24hour monitoring with owner on site! Prices (tax isn’t included in prices and will be added to your total) $45 per night for the first dog $65 per night for two dogs (from the same household) $25 per night for each additional dog after two (from the same household) Pricing is per NIGHT starting the day your dog(s) arrive. For example (for vacation budgeting purposes) please remember to consider a boarding drop off on Monday, with pick up on Wednesday as 2 nights charged. A 2 nights charge at $45/night would be $90(plus tax) in this example. If you have further questions on the charges, please reach out to me. We recommend having a minimum of one overnight stay (24-hour period) prior to any extended stay. This is to help ensure they will feel comfortable and safe staying with us. All boarding dogs participate in active playtime with the daycare dogs and staff throughout the day, at no additional cost, and are only kenneled from 10am – 2pm and overnight after 6pm until 7pm. Basic Rules: You supply the food (please have food either premeasured or bring the scoop you use at home and bring at least one extra meal), medication (if applicable), and any special blankets/treats. Please have everything labeled with your dog’s name. Sometimes it helps them feel more comfortable if they have something that smells like home. *We enforce and have strict policies for sanitary reasons we only accept one blanket and one toy per dog. We do have blankets, slow and raised feeders by request. You are allowed to bring bones, treats, and a toy for your dog’s kennel. NO RAWHIDE’S ARE ALLOWED! Be sure anything you bring for your dog is safe for them to have while in their kennel suite unattended. We will provide: A comfy cot and blanket for your dog(s) Food and water dishes. *We do have raised feeders and slow feeders upon request. Fresh water all day 24-hour security Toys for playtime outdoor play area with artificial turf, solid tall fencing Climate controlled kennels Upon booking you will be emailed an invoice for a deposit of 50% of the total booking cost. The deposit is nonrefundable and is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due at check in. *I understand and agreePayment is due at check in for the entire reserved stay, if your pet is picked up earlier than the original departure date, no refund will be applied. We offer a limited number of suites and do fill up quickly. By refusing other customers, guaranteeing your dog's reserved suite, as well as providing excellent staffing, you will be billed out for the original departure date *I understand and agreeBOARDING Cancelation-If you need to cancel your booking you must give us a 5 days' notice. If the appropriate 5 days’ notice is given, your deposit payment may be used toward a future boarding date (the credited days expire within 3 months of notice date).
