Please read the following terms & release form carefully. By entering your name below you agree to the terms below and will not hold Red River K9 II LLC or any of its representatives liable for accidents that occur as a result of our providing care and training to your pet(s). V11.20

A consultation is required prior to private training with Connie. Payment is due prior to the start of training. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Payment may be made with cash, credit or check made payable to Red River K9 II LLC. Prepaid training packages expire 6 months from date of purchase.

Trainer, at their sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse to train and dismiss any dog or owner from any training session for any reason without refund.

Trainer cannot guarantee each individual dog’s ability to learn or understand signals, commands or cues. Successful training is dependent on the cooperation of the owner and the owner’s dedication to following trainer instructions & working with the dog outside of formal training sessions. For these reasons, the results of attending a training session cannot be guaranteed.

I certify that all pet(s) are current on all medical treatments including and not limited to vaccinations for rabies, distemper and bordatella as their age requires. I further certify that to my knowledge my pets have not been exposed to distemper, parvovirus, rabies, kennel cough or other canine diseases in the previous 30 days from the date this is signed. I agree to provide proof of vaccinations upon request and will keep my pet current on all required vaccinations while attending training with Red River K9 II LLC. I agree to notify Red River K9 II LLC of any exposure or change in health while attending training. I agree to assume all risks of illness or injury associated with participating in training and related activities.

Dogs attending training sessions are required to wear a properly fitted collar, harness or head collar and nylon or leather leash must be available for use. Retractable (flexi) leashes are not allowed.

For the most successful training sessions, children must be supervised by and adult not participating in the training session.

Red River K9 II LLC may use photographs, video, names and descriptions of dogs in their training or care for any purpose including but not limited to publicity, illustration, advertising and web content.

Training & consultation appointments are available on a first come, first serve basis. Cancellation of any consultation or training session requires 48 hour notice. No refunds or credit will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session. Cancellation policy applies to requests to RESCHEDULE appointments.

Red River K9 II LLC and its representatives take all reasonable steps to provide a safe and healthy training environment for dogs and owners in our training programs. By entering name below I acknowledge that all dogs that are trained, handled or cared for by Red River K9 II LLC personnel without liability on the part of Red River K9 II LLC or its representatives for loss or damage including but not limited to disease, running away, theft, fire, injury to persons, animals or property by any pet or other unavoidable causes. I understand this Agreement includes an assumption of the risk of Red River K9 II LLC’s negligence and a release of Red River K9 II LLC’’s liability.
